Fiscalía de Prevención del Delito del distrito de Mala, en un trabajo conjunto con la Gerencia de Desarrollo Económico, Subgerencia de Fiscalización y con el apoyo de la comisaría y Serenazgo; llevaron a cabo el operativo inopinado a los centros de abastos de San Pedro y San Martín, en donde se expende panetones al público.En la revisión de los productos se pudo encontrar panetones que no contaban con registro sanitario, y en otro de los casos se encontraban suspendidos.El Subgerente de Fiscalización, Lic. Jesús Miguel Urbina Miyoshi, recomendó al público usuario, que van a comprar panetones, revisar que estos cuenten con registro sanitario y fecha de vencimiento, así como sus ingredientes. Tengan en cuenta que está prohibido usar la sustancia química bromato de potasio en este producto. Cabe indicar, que la Dirección General de Salud Ambiental e Inocuidad Alimentaria (DIGESA), ha comunicado al público que se ha retirado del mercado tres lotes de los productos Chocotón y Panetoncito D’onofrio, ambas de la compañía multinacional Nestlé, por presunta presencia de Moho.
